World-Renowned Soprano Fatma Said Returns to Cairo for Her Annual Concert at the Grand Egyptian Museum, October 29
Egyptian soprano Fatma Said will bring her annual Cairo concert to a new height this year, performing at the Grand Egyptian Museum on Thursday, October 29. Organized by RMC as part of Said’s international tour, the evening will take place in the museum’s Grand Hall.
The Grand Egyptian Museum has rapidly become one of the most significant cultural landmarks in the Middle East, and its Grand Hall lends the evening an atmosphere that few concert spaces in the world can match. Said will be joined by a full symphony orchestra under the baton of Maestro Nader Abbassi, conductor of the Philharmonic Union Orchestra and Choir, for a program that promises to be unlike anything her Cairo audiences have seen before, with surprises in store both visually and musically.
