Arabia Development, a subsidiary of Arabia Group, the leading urban developer of residential, commercial, and administrative projects, has launched its latest real estate offering Elora spanning 228 acres in the new Zayed City with EGP 20 billion investment. As part of the company’s strategy to expand its real estate investment in Egypt, this move aims to meet the high demand for the company’s projects and add a diverse array of properties tailored to customer requirements.
The project aligns with Arabia Development’s vision to develop urban projects in new cities to contribute effectively to Egypt’s National Strategic Plan for Urban Development 2052, aiming to increase the inhabited area to 14%. It also reflects the company’s confidence in the Egyptian real estate sector’s resilience to global economic challenges, as well as its commitment to providing employment opportunities for thousands of youth.

Elora project boasts a strategic location in the new Zayed City, near major roads and arteries, directly situated on the El Wahat axis and the Middle Ring Road, facilitating accessibility. Featuring a modern and contemporary design that meets customer requirements, the project incubates 3,600 residential units of various sizes.
