Space Tank for Managing Commercial Facilities and Service Centers has launched its business in the Egyptian market. It has succeeded in providing consultation and development by renting and studying commercial units within projects and attracting major international agencies, working on analyzing and studying the needs of the Egyptian market, increasing project returns by contracting with major marketing companies, holding exhibitions, and working to establish a large and pioneering group of commercial facilities, shopping centers, and amusement parks in many residential projects and complexes belonging to the largest and most famous real estate developers in the Egyptian market.
Space Tank has revealed that its current contracts include 4 commercial malls with a total rental area of about 100,000 square meters for three major real estate developers in Tagamo’a Elkhames, the Administrative Capital, and Sheikh Zayed, in addition to managing amusement parks and entertainment areas. It is also studying the development of two projects under construction to achieve the best out of it, as it is conducting the integral studies for the two projects. In during 2024, it aims to expand in all governorates and to the Northern Coast to acquire new projects with commercial areas from 150,000 square meters to 200,000 square meters.
It is also working on implementing a number of new contracts in terms of development and reviewing the designs for some commercial centers in a number of projects in the governorates and cities, especially within the New Administrative Capital, where Space Tank is distinguished by its ability to develop through leasing, selling commercial units and attracting the most well-known and the best international brands to contribute to the management of international entertainment marketing centers in Egypt.
