O WEST COLLABORATES WITH ORANGE EGYPT To PROVIDE ITS HIGH-TECH NETWORK SERVICES FOR 10 YEARS
Cairo, Egypt – September 10, 2023: O West, the fully integrated town by Orascom Development in West Cairo, signed a 10-year agreement with Orange Egypt, the leading provider of integrated telecommunications services. Through this collaboration, Orange Egypt is to establish the fiber network to provide high-speed internet connectivity, along with Triple Play services in O West.
The partnership provides the town with cutting-edge telecommunications network and digital infrastructure, in alignment with the latest global technological standards. This collaboration aligns perfectly with Orascom Development’s dedication to enhancing O West and delivering a contemporary lifestyle that encompasses all facets of a fully integrated town, including exceptional services and solutions that adapt to ongoing changes. The agreement was signed by Mr. Tamer Dewidar, CEO of O West, Makadi Heights, and Byoum, and Eng. Yasser Shaker, CEO of Orange Egypt.

It is worth mentioning that O West continues to expand on its leading position in West Cairo in which O West 1H 2023 real estate sales value reached to EGP 3.6 billion, a 47.8% increase vs. EGP 2.4 billion in 1H 2022. Since its launch, O West has achieved around EGP 21 billion real estate sales value till end of 1H 2023 and has started the delivery of more than 1,000 units during this year.
