On Monday, July 24th, 2023 at half past seven at Safir Hotel in Dokki, the Rotary Club of Cairo North, headed by Reham El sobky and HS Lamia Eid, held a scientific medical seminar entitled “Awareness and Prevention of cervical cancer” in the presence of DG Ayman Nazia D2451 and a group of DG
Assistants.
The seminar was attended by ROTARY clubs of Kings Valley, Gezira Capital, Cairo p
Platinum, Tahrir, Cairo Fairways, Zamalek and Cairo STARS.

We were also honored by the attendancy of the presidents and members of the participating Rotary clubs and many Rotarians from different clubs.
Our club members Suhair Al-Shafy, Iman Abu al-Atti and Inas Megahed also attended the event.
The theme of the seminar is to raise awareness about cervical cancer, prevention methods and the cause of its spread among women worldwide .
The speakers were our honored guests :
– Professor Dr. Amal El Sisi professor of Pediatrics Cairo University
– Professor Dr. Hisham Shawky professor of cardiothoracic surgery Cairo University
– Professor Dr. Ahmed Abdul Hadi assistant professor of oncology Mansoura University
– Dr. Mohamed El-Azab, consultant of gynecological surgery and president of the Egyptian society of cervical endoscopy
– Professor Dr. Basil refki, assistant professor of oncological surgery and secretary general of the Egyptian society for female surgery.
The president of RCCN, Reham El Sobky opened the seminar and welcomed the attendees, and the DG Ayman Nazia, gave a speech in which he praised the good organization of the seminar, welcomed the doctors and all attendees and thanked the members of the Rotary Club of Cairo North for their interest in this awareness to serve the community.
It was a successful and interesting seminar where all the doctors talked about awareness of cervical cancer, prevention methods and the cause of its spread among women worldwide, and this was on the occasion of the month of July 2023 awareness about women’s and children’s health.
It was a seminar that benefited all those present and we hope to complete the march in cooperation to spread this awareness with doctors in all provinces and we hope to cooperate and spread this awareness with doctors in all provinces.
President Reham Elsobky presented a certificate of appreciation and thanks to
DG Ayman Nazih wishing him a continued success for his Rotary mission for the year 2023/2024.
She also gave a certificate of thanks and appreciation to each medical professors speakers who participated in this scientific symposium.
At the end, the members of RCCN held a birthday celebration for DG Ayman Nazih and took a group photos for all attendees.
