Nile Property Expo sponsors, with a hefty marketing plan, several important Egyptian events in New York and New Jersey, on top of which is a large concert for the artist Wigs and two other concerts for one of the major charitable institutions to ensure access to all Egyptians and Arabs residing in the eastern United States of America.
The Ministry of Immigration participates in an official pavilion in the Nile Property Expo and organizes a number of meetings and sessions inside the exhibition between the Ministry of Immigration and the New Administrative Capital Company with the Egyptian community in the USA to discuss investment opportunities in Egypt.

Expo Republic Co. for organizing conferences and exhibitions is preparing to launch the 10th Nile Property Expo for the first time in the state of New Jersey, USA, under the auspices of Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister of Egypt, and with the support of Ambassador Suha El-Gendy, Minister of State for Immigration and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs.
The 10th Nile Property Expo is scheduled to be held from October 27 to 29, 2023, at the New Jersey Convention and Exhibition Center.
The Nile Property Expo is the first Egyptian real estate exhibition to be held in the United States of America under the auspices of the cabinet of Ministers.
Dr. Basem Kalila, Chairman of Expo Republic Co., praised the efforts of the Egyptian government in supporting the real estate export file and overcoming all obstacles to advance that important file, which will contribute to attracting more investments and hard currency to the country, and strengthening the Egyptian economy.
He stated that the Ministry of Immigration will participate during the 10th Nile Property Expo with a special pavilion, and many meetings will be arranged between Ambassador Suha El-Gendi, Minister of Immigration, and the Egyptian community in the USA, in order to discuss their demands and motivate them to buy real estate and invest in Egypt, their home country.
He affirmed that a panel discussion is being organized on the sidelines of the exhibition for the Administrative Capital for Urban Development Company to talk about opportunities and the great achievement made in the Administrative Capital project, which is one of the most important 4G cities in Egypt.
He indicated that the state of New Jersey, USA, was selected to hold the exhibition in it as a result of several factors, including the presence of the largest number of the Arab community and Egyptians compared to other states as the number of Egyptians is estimated at about 400 thousand Egyptians.
It is also distinguished by being the closest state to New York and the company conducted extensive studies to identify the demands and targeted real estate by the Arab and Egyptian community who prefer the Administrative Capital, the northern coast, and the Red Sea, he added.
Dr. Bassem Kalila revealed that the exhibition will include a group of the largest developers in the real estate sector, who will be selected very carefully based on their credibility and distinguished business precedent, as well as the compatibility of projects with the requirements of clients in the United States of America.
He assured that one of the major government banks is decided to participate in the exhibition to provide financial facilities to clients, including opening bank accounts, transferring funds, and providing real estate financing.
He announced that Expo Republic Co. will sponsor a number of important events, starting next month, to promote the exhibition and communicate with Egyptian communities in USA, including a concert for a charitable organization in August 2023, and concerts by the artist “Wigs” scheduled for next October.
He affirmed that the sponsorship of these concerts is compatible with the major marketing campaign offered by the company in the United States of America during the coming period to promote the exhibition and investment opportunities in Egypt.
The Nile Property Expo exhibitions, which were launched since 2017 in many brotherly Arab countries, achieved significant results in supporting the real estate export file and promoting the development and construction movement as well as the investment opportunities in the Egyptian market.
