Paragon Developments announced the start of piling works in Paragon 3 model. This was after the completion of the regular concrete and waterproofing works under the foundations of the third administrative building in the series of Paragon administrative projects that was initiated with Paragon 1, and extended to Paragon 2, all the way to the third project. Paragon 3 units are distinguished by its architectural design and unique location on the corner of the main street overlooking the Presidential Palace, in addition to its proximity to the Government District and ministries, which gives Paragon 3 a spectacular facade. Most of the units are located on two corners, providing a wide panoramic viewing angle of the area surrounding the project. The majority of the project’s units are overlooking the two main streets, and can see the presidential garden, while the rest of the units’ view is open gardens.

The start of the piling works for Paragon’s exceptional project maintains the customer’s trust in the company. Moreover, Paragon adopts a sustainable strategy in its construction operations particularly IOT in order to optimize the operation of buildings, in addition to applying environmental sustainability to reduce the negative impact of construction on the environment, to meet environmental challenges and climate changes resulting from greenhouse gas emissions, and to reduce energy consumption inside buildings, which also contributes to reducing operating expenses.

Paragon adopts the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design system known as LEED, which saves 30% to 40% of energy compared to traditional buildings. All the internal corridors of the project are lit with natural lighting through cultivated and open courtyards. In addition, all services are gathered on their own service corridors, away from the administrative units, so that the services provided by Paragon Hub, the first community space in an office building in Egypt, are distributed horizontally and vertically inside the building in an innovative aspect, providing easy access and managing these services in the best possible form.

The project is located 20 minutes from Ain Sokhna, Middle Ring Road, and Suez Road, 35 from New Cairo, 40 minutes from Cairo International Airport, and 10 minutes from the New Administrative Capital Airport.
