As regards the second contract with Hassan Allam Holding Co. over Nova Plant for Water Treatment Systems, the cost is estimated at USD3,5 mln and involves the execution of integrated electromechanical works, such as air-conditioning systems consisting of VRF and electromechanical ventilation systems, not to mention several fire fighting systems, including conventional water sprinklers, aerosol, the use of carbon dioxide at power chambers and plates, FM200 at servers chambers, water supply and sanitary system, together with power works, including outdoor and indoor lighting, low voltage and distribution. These works are set to be accomplished in the span of 8 months and to be finished off next August, he explained.
The third contract is with AM Group over biscuits and crisps plant at a cost estimated at USD3,25 mln. The contract includes the execution of integrated electromechanical works, including air-conditioning and air treatment, along with VRF and a number of ventilation, indoor air treatment works at manufacturing, warehousing and automatic control systems, inclusive of power works such as transformers, RMU, main and secondary plates and distribution systems. These works are scheduled to be finalized next June, he noted.
The fourth agreement revolves around the implementation of the entire electromechanical works at EIPICO 3 at a cost totaling USD 5.5 mln, with Rowad Modern Engineering acting as general contractor, he maintained, noting that works entered into at EIPICO include cooling, air-conditioning systems, computer rooms coolers, together with several ventilation systems for building as well as conventional and varied fire-fighting systems, compressed air system, light current and power works.
EIPICO 3 project is scheduled to be accomplished in the span of 9 months and to be finished off next November, he noted.
The fifth contract involves Gas Cool Co.’s administrative building, as it comprises works of cooling, air-conditioning, ventilation, central control, along with fire fighting systems, he noted, explaining that the project is estimated to cost USD1 mln and to be finalized next July.
365 Ecology’s preeminence in electromechanical works stems from it acting as agent for top world players in the field of systems and engineering solutions, such as LG, Italy-based Sabina specializing in air handling units heavily in use in hygiene and industrial applications, together with United Kingdom-based Hydrocore specializing in foggy fire fighting heavily in use in manufacturing and specialized warehousing, and High Vision Co. specializing in cameras, security systems and smart light current, not to mention the presence of top-quality expertise and high-caliber engineering staff hired from world-class offices and companies in Arab Gulf States, as they are fully capable of operating systems and producing high-quality buildings across all industries, he said.
