Hometown, ECS contracts to implement electromechanical works on Zaha Park project with value of EGP 130m

Hometown Developments has contracted with ECS to implement electromechanical works for Zaha Park project in the New Administrative Capital, at a value of EGP 130m.
The contract was signed by Hometown Chairman Diaa Farag, and Chairman and Managing Director of ECS Osama Genedy in presence of Amr Hamzawy, managing director of Business Development in the company and Amr Moselhy, Chief Development and Business Development Engineer at ECS.
ECS is one of the largest companies executing electromechanical works in the New Administrative Capital, and it has a strong and distinguished business record in the real estate market.
Hometown Chairman Diaa Farag stated that the company has a specific strategy in cooperation with successful and distinguished companies, each company in its field, especially in delicate technical works of the project, which require strong expertise to be implemented, pointed out that the company plans to develop its project with outstanding quality.
Farag explained that the New Administrative Capital will see a major qualitative leap after the transfer of government employees to the new city and the transformation of plans into reality in this project, which increases demand on units in the new capital for purpose of housing or investment.
Chairman and Managing Director of ECS Osama Genedy said that the implementation of the electromechanical works is carried out in two phases, the first phase includes preparing the site and technical appropriations, which takes approximately two months. Meanwhile, the second phase includes the start of works on the project.
Genedy noted that the company has a plan to speed up pace of implementation of the project in order to deliver it on time which is scheduled in June 2022.
He added that ECS is one of the largest Egyptian leading companies in field of sustainable energy and contracting solutions, as it has a proven record of accomplishment registering more than 300 projects in all vital fields and sectors, elaborated that the company works with a clear strategy and future vision for all its projects.
Zaha Park mall is being built on 7,200 sqm with built-up area of 21,500 sqm in MU23 with total investments exceed EGP 1bn. The 10-storey project comprises commercial, administrative and medical units, and is being developed over two phases. The first phase comprises three commercial floors with a total area of 6,400 sqm and unit sizes ranging from 35 to 200 sqm, with an average of 30 shops per floor, and the second phase contains seven floors for medical and administrative units with a total area of 17,000 sqm.
