PLDG Development launches Etlala compound among its expansion plan in West Cairo
PLDG Development company announced launching its latest residential project “Etlala” compound in New October City,
on an area of approximately 25 acres, in a prime strategic location directly on Oasis Road, as this project is part of the company’s expansion plan to strengthen its presence in West Cairo and develop integrated residential communities that apply the demands of the modern real estate market.
Gamal Ghoneim, PLDG Development Head of the Commercial Sector, said that launching of “Etlala” compound reflects the company’s vision of developing integrated residential projects that combine high-quality planning, diverse unit types, and comprehensive services, thus achieving genuine value for both living and investment.
