Tourism Chamber Commends Al-Massiah’s Excellence in Serving Five-Star and Land Route Pilgrims
Zero Complaints and a Model of Professionalism and Dedication
The Chamber of Travel and Tourism Companies has extended its sincere gratitude and appreciation to Al-Massiah Company for Pilgrims Services for its outstanding efforts and fruitful cooperation during the 1446H tourism Hajj season. The Chamber emphasized that the spirit of integration demonstrated by the company—through the “Mashariq Al-Massiah Family”—alongside other Hajj sector entities remains a cornerstone in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of Egyptian pilgrims.
This recognition was conveyed in an official letter received by Al-Massiah, which is responsible for organizing the Five-Star and Land Route Hajj programs run by tourism companies.
The letter, warmly welcomed by the Saudi company’s management, highlighted Al-Massiah’s exceptional initiative of upgrading 200 Five-Star pilgrims to premium packages in the VIP towers of Mina’s Kudaynah complex. This came in addition to a previous upgrade of 449 pilgrims—an act reflecting the company’s direct and effective support for the Egyptian tourism sector and its ongoing commitment to providing top-tier services to the guests of the Holy Mosque.
The Chamber praised Al-Massiah for its high level of professionalism and refined service, noting that the company’s sincere dedication and consistent excellence have earned the trust and appreciation of all tourism companies involved in the Hajj sector.
It also confirmed that coordination was made for the proper distribution of the upgraded pilgrims through dedicated field service centers.
The Chamber concluded its letter by expressing its best wishes to Al-Massiah for continued success in serving the pilgrims, lauding its pivotal role as a reliable strategic partner in ensuring the success of the Hajj season.
Zero Complaints, Full Commitment
For his part, Ali bin Hussein Bundaqji, Chairman of Al-Massiah, expressed his delight at the Chamber’s recognition, saying:
> “Thanks to God, Al-Massiah excelled in serving tourism pilgrims—both Five-Star and Land Route—and we received zero complaints. The Chamber even recorded a ‘zero issues’ rating.”
He added: “Al-Massiah secured 1,000 spots in the luxurious Mina A Towers, accommodating over 900 Egyptian pilgrims from both Five-Star and economic packages. This reflects our unwavering commitment to serving Egyptian pilgrims of all categories at the highest standards and our deep respect and appreciation for Egyptian pilgrims and tourism companies.”
Damanhouri: Every Effort for Egyptian Pilgrims Is Worth It
Mahmoud Al-Damanhouri, Advisor to Al-Massiah, affirmed that the company fulfilled all its promises and received no negative feedback from pilgrims or regulatory bodies. He noted that this season set an exemplary model in service delivery and coordination among field teams.
> “Hosting thousands of pilgrims, no matter the cost, is worth it when we witness their joy,” he said. “Honoring and serving our Egyptian brothers is a top priority.”
He stressed the company’s ongoing dedication to providing exceptional-quality services to the guests of God, viewing this season’s success not as an endpoint but as a stepping stone toward even more advanced and satisfying seasons for Egyptian pilgrims across all segments.
