Honoring Home Town Vice Chairman among the best 50 influential women in the Egyptian market

Diaa El-Din Farag: We are confident in the Egyptian women abilities to succeed regardless the challenges

During “The Best” conference, through which the top 100 companies in the Egyptian market and the most 50 influential women in the Egyptian market are honored, as Minister Dr Hala H. El Said, Minister of Planning and Economic Development honored Dr. Eman Salah Vice Chairman of “Home Town” for real estate development for her prominent role in the Egyptian market, and especially in Home Town, as she managed within a short time to have a tangible imprint within the company, which in turn greatly enhances the role of women in society and her belief in women’s efforts and success in the labor market.

Eman Salah had studied in Business Administration department at the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and specialized in “Finance”, in addition to studying the science of total quality management, which is characterized by being suitable for its application to all institutions and entities, starting from countries, ministries, factories, hospitals, real estate, commercial and industrial companies and other companies, besides Salah obtained an MBA and an academic DBA in marketing.

In 2015, she succeeded in developing the first “Second Home” compound on the international coastal road, a few kilometers from the Baltim district, and marketed the first project in the Delta “Delta Capital” within only 10 months, then implemented and delivered it at the highest level and quality in a way that ensures the provision of luxury, and this is due to the wide targeting of the Delta governorates.

Eman Salah is one of the most active working women in the Egyptian market with wise leadership and successful management in all the sectors in which she worked, where she achieved many successes in sports, real estate and judicial sectors, and she is regarded among women who spend their time in work and achieve remarkable progress wherever she sets her foot.

Diaa El Din Farag, Home Town Chairman, assured his belief in the role of Egyptian women in the development of society, in addition to their ability to work and produce anywhere they are, referring to the support given to all women working in the company in various sectors, as they have demonstrated impressive successes during their work in the company and their ability to lead and work among a complete team and coordinate easily with them.
