The Lighthouse by Mountain View and Allianz Egypt Sign Agreement to Offer an Integrated Model Linking Financial Protection with Modern Living

Allianz Egypt, a leading insurance provider and affiliate of SanlamAllianz, has signed an agreement with Mountain View for Development and Real Estate Investment. This collaboration marks the first-of-its-kind partnership bridging the insurance and real estate sectors, bringing together Allianz Life Assurance Company – Egypt, Allianz Insurance Company – Egypt, and The Lighthouse by Mountain View — Egypt’s first community happiness hub. The partnership reflects a shared strategic vision that combines Allianz Egypt’s extensive expertise in insurance with Mountain View’s innovative approach to building residential communities focused on enhancing the quality of life.

Building on a mutual commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience, the two companies are offering the real estate sector an integrated experience connecting financial protection with modern living for the first time. Allianz Egypt’s digital and on-ground presence across Mountain View’s projects will provide clients with access to a diverse range of life and property insurance solutions, including home and contents insurance, savings, education, marriage, and retirement plans, as well as coverage of clients’ instalment payments in the event of death.

The signing ceremony was attended by Eng. Ahmed El Morsy, Chairman of The Lighthouse; Mr. Amr Helmy, Chief Executive Officer of The Lighthouse; Mr. Charles Tawdros, CEO of Allianz Egypt and MDof Allianz Life Assurance Company – Egypt; Mr. Ahmed Lotfy, Managing Director of Allianz Insurance Company – Egypt; Mr. Wael Eid, Chief Sales Officer of Allianz Life Assurance Company – Egypt; and Mr. Maged Shawky, Senior Head – Direct Retail Sales & Alternative Channels of Allianz Life Assurance Company – Egypt, along with senior executives from both organizations.
