Elsewedy Machinery has officially launched its new Pumps Division, marking a strategic expansion in its service portfolio to include comprehensive pumping systems that cater to key sectors across Egypt. The new division will serve 3 major market segments: Applied Water & Water Infrastructure, Fire & Safety, and Agriculture & Irrigation.
As part of this launch, Elsewedy Machinery has become the official distributor of NAFFCO, a global leader in firefighting systems and equipment. Through this partnership, Elsewedy Machinery now offers reliable and certified firefighting pump solutions that are UL/FM certified, in addition to the pumps. NAFFCO covers a range of items in the fire and safety segment, including pipes, fittings, valves, hose cabinets, fire department connections, fire extinguishers, sprinklers, hydrants, CO2 and FM200 systems, fire alarms, and other related products.
The division’s official launch occurred in August 2025, followed by a signing ceremony with NAFFCO on September 25, 2025, at Elsewedy’s premises in Cairo Festival City.
Building on this momentum, Elsewedy Machinery also announced a strategic partnership with Xylem on October 23, 2025. Xylem is a leading global water technology company dedicated to solving the world’s most critical water and wastewater challenges through innovative and sustainable solutions. The company brings together several renowned brands that serve diverse water applications including Lowara for pumps and systems for building services and industrial use, Bell & Gossett for HVAC systems and AC Fire for fire protection pump systems.
